We only charge on a “time and materials” basis for emergency troubleshooting. In such cases, we charge $250 for the first hour and $220 per person per hour after that. We offer complimentary estimates to our clients. However, please note that providing these estimates does come at a cost to us, including fuel, wear and tear on our vehicles, and, most importantly, our time.
